Base Stat Total (BST)

A unit's Base Stat Total (BST) is the sum of their HP, Atk, Spd, Def, and Res at level 40 without any merges, skills, or Dragonflowers. Units with higher BSTs inherently contribute more to the Arena score. Newer units generally have higher BSTs, which is a form of power creep. Every 5 BST points typically pushes a unit into a higher score bin.

Merges

Merging duplicate copies of a hero significantly increases their Arena score contribution. Each merge adds a fixed amount to a unit's raw score, up to a maximum of +10 merges. Fully merged (+10) units are essential for high-tier Arena play.

Skill SP Costs

The total Summoner Power (SP) cost of all equipped skills (Weapon, Assist, Special, A, B, C, and Sacred Seal) directly impacts a unit's score. Skills with higher SP costs, such as Prf weapons, 400 SP Assists (e.g., Rally Up), 500 SP Specials (e.g., Ruptured Sky), and 400 SP A, B, and C skills (e.g., Ideal 4, Gambit 4, Menace), are crucial for maximizing a unit's score.
